The hyatt is worth a lot more than what they're showing in this hotel. At they hyatt you have the swimming pools, kids club, spa, etc. This hotel is overpriced, i think. Don't ask me why. I know the Hyatt does quite well, but the Hilton offers a personable staff and the feeling that you're at home when you stay there on business. I am not certain, but I have watched the hotel allow pre-booking of rooms starting about a month ago. Unfortunately those rooms are no longer offered to book and I suspect they keep rolling the grand opening forward to about April or May. I show on my website right now that you can book a room in those months. But I also have seen the prices fluctuate, even before it opens.
